I had a great experience overall. I had a urine odor in my couch that was difficult to completely remove. After the first couple of visits, the couch looked and smelled much cleaner, but there was still a slight odor. He was professional, stood behind his work, and came back out free of charge until the odor was completely gone. I called Odor Removal Experts to help with a duplex unit I have. The bottom unit had a tenant who smoked heavily, leaving a strong residue in every room. The upstairs unit had pets whom left a strong urine smell throughout. I initially hired a contractor to both deep clean the walls and paint them however we still couldn’t get the smells out.
