What the guarantee does not cover
We would rather be straight with you than over-promise. The guarantee covers the specific odor and scope we agree on, when it comes back within 7 days of your treatment. It does not cover new or unrelated odors, or an odor first reported more than 7 days after treatment, and it is not a medical or health claim.
We cannot guarantee a result where recommended material replacements or aftercare were not followed, where an ongoing source is still feeding the smell, such as active water intrusion, mildew, or structural damage, or where another product or process was applied to the area after our treatment and before our return visit. In cases of deep saturation, some materials may need to be replaced rather than treated, and we will tell you honestly when that is the case.
